Learning outcomes include:  1) The ability to understand and articulate the format, time hacks and standards. 2) The role the agility ladder plays in the choreography and rhythm of the workout. 3) An overview of warm-up, games and cool down activities, plus more. 4) The purpose of an activity and how to put the whole workout together.
